David Schaefer is a Renaissance man
With his first love being music, Dave has a degree in Music Composition from the Berklee College of Music. He has photographed notable persons such as Nobel laureate, Dudley Herschbach, Dr. Henry Heimlich, author/historian David Herbert Donald, along with a multitude of 2½-year-old preschoolers. He joined and won national awards with the barbecue competition team, Wauhatchie Stump Jumpers, which led him into a many-year career at Blue Ribbon BBQ Restaurants in the Boston Area, as well as a one-day lecturing gig at Harvard University. Semi-retirement moved him to Central Florida where he found his memories and writing voice. He now splits his year and his pants in Florida and Massachusetts.
